WOW! It has been a while..

How many months now have I not posted? I can't even count. Well I'm back and I promise I'll try me best to keep up on things.

No1: I haven't been up to much except I started school! Allan Hancock college that is. I was going to major in psychology but I recently decided I want to do computer engineering instead. I like the more definite answer aspect of it .. Not to mention I'm obsessed with my Pokémon game! I've learned how to instal emulators and get any system and any game I want to play. So much fun!

No2: my neighbors are still annoying as ever. http://instagram.com/p/dxNM9huNiI/

So I've got to go feed some hungry pups and kittens so ill catch up with you guys later!

Beach Practice

Last week we did team bonding games, and won a day at the beach! it was fun, but intense. Have you ever tried to sprint in the sand? no? well go try and feel my pain. Obviously since it was practice we had to workout a little, and then we got to play a game called Slaughter. YOU NEED TO PLAY THIS GAME!

1.Draw a circle in the sand BIG!
2.One ball on one side, one ball on the other.
3.Two teams, each gets one side.
4.GOAL: get your ball to the other side before the other team.
CATCH? you have to be on your knees, so its a midget run.

You can tackle, and drag people around. Playing this game with the people on our team was the worst and best idea ever.

WOODWARD!

So last weekend our gym rented out Woodward West with CCG (slo's gym team) and trained hard! Morning evening and night, literally. 7-8 hrs a day. Its in tehatchapi (If thats how you spell it..) 3 hrs away. But it was the best thing ever, i wish i lived there. There's TONS of pits and equipment to play on, or Train (; The first day out, Dani (Floral Shirt in the pic below) was doing her double back into the pit and she broke her toe... IN THE DAMN PIT! how the hell... so she couldn't do much one footed. but somehow she managed to get a standing double full twist off the end of the tumble tramp. And if you're having a hard time keeping up with my lingo, there's always Google.. hahaha. But the stupid thing was, is that there was a

scooter camp going on at the same time.. SCOOTER when did they fall of a cliff because i dont remember scooters ever being cool... but it was fun to have them watch us every now and then because giorls doing insane flips and crazy crap on a four inch beam is pretty cool. Me and asian Ashley were working

tsukaharas into the pit, if you dont know what that is Youtube is now your bestfriend. Anyways, it was a good chance for team bonding, and bowling. One of the nights we were walking back to our cabins and the CCG team was having a jam session. it was rad, they brought electric guitars, acoustics, and drums and had a pow wow. OH! and we had prank wars and water fights. Boys against girls obviously...I would say it was succesfull (; Not To mention the fact I got recruited to work there over summer! Holla! Free gym time for 3 hours of work a day? don't mind if i do. They thought I was so funny, even though my shin splints would beg to differ. They video taped me getting my shins rolled out and yeah, they got the most enjoyment out of that and when i threw my teammate Sammy to the ground when we were playing Chicken in the Hen House. Best. Camp. Ever.

For the Love of the Sport.

Gymnastics is the biggest part of my life, when i'm not at the gym i'm homesick. This sport never fails to keep pushing me to be better and theirs always some other skill I can conquer just to make it that much further in the Gymnastics world.

I finally got my backhandspring back on the beam, its amazing what you can do when you set your mind to it, i've only been back a year since 5 years out and im damn proud of myself.

New skills are the best, and the biggest adrenaline rush you get after you land it on your own for the first time, Here's My gainer off the beam everybody!

Bestfriend's Birthday Weekend.

My Weekend in Sacramento and San Francisco for Paige's 17th birthday were amazing. It was more than I could have ever asked to be reunited with my best friend, but more life sister Paige Ross & the Ross family. I've seen her a total of 4 times this year, and I'm truly blessed i get to see her at all. A lot can happen in a year, and people can change but I'm glad to say there's never a dull moment when were together. Jordan Boyd came along and I couldn't have picked a better girl to join our little family.

Friday- The long haul from Santa Maria to Sacramento. I finally arrived and we went hard in the Arden Mall! Needless to say the only store I bought anything at was Pac Sun.. of course. BEST STORE EVER. Continuing our adventure at Dave&Busters we went AWOL playing games, and eating.

Sat- Off to San Francisco! I seriously want to live there one day, The city life is amazing. We walked around Pier 39 and did a bunch of crazy teenage girl things! Later we ate at The Rainforest Cafe, and if you haven't been there it's definatley got to be on your next adventure check list. I'll put a video of the one we were at up later... But there was about 5 other birthday's including Paige's! and Such yummy food (: After that we went back to the hotel and chilled and celebrated her birthday with cupcakes, dancing on tables, and people watching. San Fran is definitely
the perfect place to people watch hahaha.

Sun- The dreadful last day of our vacation arrives. Back to the pier we go after a long night in the hotel of running around and sabotaging Easter for the other guests. The management hid eggs everywhere with free stuff inside and we took them all at midnight! Muahaha....
Needless to say we had the best time together, and when my bus came I was definately not ready to leave. I got home at about 1AM, but I wouldn't have traded this weekend for anything.
